Hip Hugger Ruffle Romper with Hooked Tear Drop Chest
The ruffles are angled down around the hips to add to the shape. The high neck has a tear drop chest with eye and hooks so the client can unhook and slide the romper on.

This stylish vintage costume was inspired by the 1970’s and 1960’s with a custom dying of our Bamboo Velour to make a yellow gold color you won’t miss in a crowed. We can make collapsible mushroom hats upon request.
