Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Our payment gateway is secure and safe, and we also offer Paypal as an alternative payment method. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
All orders ship from our home studio in Perrysburg Ohio.
Order creation time is generally 2-3 weeks not including ship time.
Return or exchange items must be unworn, in the same condition that they were received, and placed back in the mail within 14 days of receiving them. Each of these items are hand made with care, please treat your return item with the same care and respect with which it was shipped to you.
Items with makeup, deodorant, cigarette smoke or other stains or damage will not be accepted as returns.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you are returning a custom made item that was customized per your request, you will receive a 50% refund.
You are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. If you are exchanging, we will pay the shipping for the exchange to be sent back to you.
Masks are an intimate, personal item, please understand we cannot accept them as returns or exchanges.
If you are an international customer and refuse to accept your parcel from the customs office, we are not responsible for that parcel.
USA ORDERS, Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking number and insurance up to $50. Orders over $250 will require a signature to ensure package safety and delivery. Orders usually arrive 2-4 days from the day they are sent out. You will receive tracking information to your account’s email address once the order has been sent.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. Ship times can vary from 7-21 business days, depending on your country’s customs policies. Please know your country’s shipping policies and import taxes. Berry’s Closet is NOT responsible for any tax/customs charges. What you pay us is strictly for the shipping cost only. Purchaser is responsible for paying any additional fees.
Lost or damaged packages, Once a package has been shipped it is out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company. If an item is lost on it’s way to you, we recommend immediately contacting your local post office branch as well as the main postal line to open a claim. Please contact us after reaching the postal service if you need more assistance. We cannot be responsible for damage or missing packages caused by shipping companies. Please let us know if you wish to insure your package for more than $50, or have a signature required at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional fees. If a package is lost in transit, we will provide a 50% off coupon to repurchase your order, we do not do refunds on missing packages. Berry’s Closet is not a major company like Amazon, thank you for understanding.
If you prefer a shipping company other than USPS, please contact us before you purchase so we can make arrangements and corrected shipping charges.
Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an error has been made, purchaser is responsible for any re-routing fees or extra shipping costs that may occur from said error.
